Today’s BCHD 11 October 2022 episode starts with Agasthya telling Banni that he knows a neurosurgeon who can help Yuvan. Hearing this, an excited Banni declares that she would take Yuvan to that doctor the next day as quickly as possible and that she will recover Yuvan at whatever cost. Meanwhile, Viraj sympathizes with Yuvan’s mental state and hugs him, but Viraj believes he must prioritize wealth and hence cannot assist Yuvan.
When Yuvan looks at Viraj with hopelessness, he manipulates him by urging him to let Banni depart with Agasthya. In the hospital, on the other hand, a joyful Banni declares that she will not tell anybody, not even Yuvan, because Manini is his mother. She then spreads her hand and asks Agasthya if he will help her in making Yuvan well, to which Agasthya nods. Yuvan enters the room at the same time, and upon seeing Banni and Agasthya’s joined hands, he immediately grinds to a stop.
Devraj, Charmie, and Viraj then enter the room, and Devraj pushes Yuvan to step forward. When the nurse asks Devraj who will stay with Banni for the night, he mentions Yuvan and Banni. On the one hand, Banni believes she will soon heal Yuvan; on the other side. Yuvan believes he will leave Banni because it is best for her. And he even thanks Banni for always being his greatest friend.
Yuvan then informs Devraj that he wants to return home. And when Devraj attempts to stop him, he walks away with tears in his eyes. Yuvan observes Banni and wipes away his tear before departing, turning on the last time.
Later, Yuvan recalls his first meeting with Banni on the vehicle journey and how she constantly looks after him. Meanwhile, at the hospital, Agasthya is attracted to Banni after cleaning the excess food from his lips. Yuvan rushes to his room as soon as he arrives home, throwing himself on the bed and crying.
Yuvan observes Banni’s particular tiffin box and begins crying harder as he recalls the lovely memories of the “Yuvani” tiffin box. He then decides that he would not allow Banni to carry this unique tiffin box with her on her leave. While Banni is discussing her home delivery company with Agasthya in the hospital. She receives a message from Yuvan, who announces that. He is cooking with his aunt and they will take care of it. Banni begins to smile, and Agasthya exits the room after apologizing. As soon as he steps outside, he begs Rohan why he can’t get Banni.
