Today’s BCHD 15 August 2022 episode starts with Banni struggling to remove her jewelry, but Yuvan arrives to help her. Yuvan removes the hairpin, gajra, and lovingly opens Banni’s hair, sniffing it. Banni’s breath interferes with Yuvan’s actions. While the innocent Yuvan praises Banni’s hair for its attractive Coconut fragrance. Simultaneously, Yuvan begins to look for his mother’s portrait but recalls putting his and Banni’s mother’s portraits in another room. Banni and Yuvan both go to get Yuvan’s mother’s portrait.
Banni’s saree gets catch in the plant in front of the room. And Yuvan goes to touch his mother’s feet in the portrait. A spark appears in Diya, igniting Vaishnavi’s portrait. Yuvan becomes terrified of the fire and begins to scream in order to save his mother’s portrait from burning. Banni tries to console Yuvan as Devraj, Manini, Viraj, and Charmie arrive. Devraj consoles Yuvan while Banni pours water on the burning portrait.
Manini accuses Banni of placing the diya too close to the frame, causing the incident. While Banni apologizes to Yuvan and accepts her fault. Yuvan believes his mother’s portrait was completely burned because he broke his promise to her. Panicked Devraj removes Yuvan from the room, fearful that Yuvan will reveal the truth. Manini, Viraj, and Charmie are watching a video of Devraj telling Yuvan to break her mother’s promise to marry Banni at the same time.
Manini is pleased that the stars are aligning in her favor. Meanwhile, Banni strokes sleeping Yuvan’s hair, recalling Yuvan discussing breaking a promise. At night, Viraj and Charmie play a trick on Yuvan’s innocent mind in order to incite Yuvan against Banni, while a terrified Yuvan runs to Devraj’s room, crying. Yuvan tells Devraj that he should not have married Banni and blames Banni for his mother’s rage.
Devraj reassures Yuvan that his mother is not angry with him and sends him back to his room to sleep. Meantime, Yuvan asks Devraj not to tell Banni because the tension will cause her head to ache. At the same time, Manini declares that this is the beginning of the end for Banni and Yuvan.
