The Imlie show starts with Chini hugging Atharva and telling him that society would not support their love, but she is only his. He believes that if God is with them, meeting privately makes no sense. Cheeni admits her awareness, but the pair has no option for the time being. She tries to flirt with him, but Jatin comes in his car and fumes when he sees them.
Jatin observes Atharva leaving and suspects him of having an affair with Chini, leaving his wife lonely, so he hits Atharva with his car as revenge. Chini is taken aback by the mishap and suspects Jatin. He looks to be a psychopath to her.
When Imlie discovers Atharva’s injured body, he is taken aback and begs the people for help, but they instead photograph him. Imlie tells them to be kind and call an ambulance, but they all leave. Meanwhile, Imlie remembers her wedding vows with Atharva while tying a dupatta around his and her legs. She grabs him tightly and pulls him to the car.
When Chini arrives home, Rupy confronts her. Rupy says she has already told Chini that she cannot separate Atharva and Imlie, but she distracted by Cheeni’s fearful expression. Rupi asks her to explain what happened, but Chini claims that Atharva involved in a tragedy and that Imlie is now with him.
Later, over the phone, Chini receives a warning from Jatin that if she takes his name, he would disclose to the world that she is having an affair with Imlie’s husband, which scared Chini. Imlie motivates herself by reading a poem aloud and organizing Atharva’s hospitalization.
She notifies Ranas and the police about Atharva’s sad situation, as well as how a car hit Atharva. Arpita orders Chini to join her at the hospital since their presence will boost Imlie’s confidence. Chini claims she is unable to visit the hospital because she is in immense pain.
Rupy mocks her for being concerned about her love, Atharva. She also claims that Atharva is in this position because of her and that Imlie recently married and stole her sister’s happiness. The doctor claims to be striving to stabilize Atharva’s health, but he has lost a significant amount of blood.
While cuddling Chini, Imlie grows upset and cries. Imlie speaks with the officers, who praise her for her prompt notification. They declare that the guy who struck Atharva has captured and presented Jatin in front of everyone, which surprises Chini.
