Rajjo on 12th November 2022 starts with Rajjo crying out to God. Asking why her loved ones are always in such pain. While the doctor diagnoses Arjun’s condition as stable. Rajjo stands on one foot and starts praying to God for his well-being. After the doctor arrives and informs the family that Arjun is no longer in danger, everyone feels relieved.
Everyone relaxes a little when Pushkar offers to do something with Rajjo and her mother. Rocky calls Kalindi and asks her to go on a drive with him. Which irritates her because everyone is nervous because of Arjun. Kalindi tells Pushkar that Chirag is likely blaming himself for the previous accident, which was his fault.
Chirag sits on a bench, his voice shaking as he recalls seeing Arjun struggle for his life years ago as a result of his fault. Rajjo appears and attempts to console Chirag by saying that Arjun is now in a stable condition. When Rajjo inquires about the context Chirag is talking to, Chirag reveals that he and Arjun met years ago in an accident.
Chirag was riding the bike while Arjun sat behind him on his way home from a party. Because Chirag was a little slightly drunk, they were hit by a truck and ended up in the hospital, where Arjun had to give up everything for him. Arjun gave one of his kidneys to save Chirag’s life, allowing him to live his life with the help of medicines.
When Rajjo hears this, she bursts into tears and blames herself for putting Arjun through such physical pain without knowing about his condition. As Rajjo vows to take good care of Arjun, Kaka calls to notify her that the doctors have decided to discharge Manorama from the hospital if the money is not deposited.
Rajjo stuck in a dilemma since she needs to run for her mother while also caring for Arjun. Later, Chirag requests that Rajjo sip some coffee as she secretly watches Arjun’s room. Urvashi offers to spend the night in the hospital while others go home. Rajjo notices Urvashi sleeping outside at night and goes inside Arjun’s room to check on him.
