Rajjo 4th November 2022 starts with Rajjo deciding that she will raise 2 lac for her mother’s treatment. Since she cannot leave her mother in such a state. The nurse tells Rajjo to return to the hospital and informs her that Manorama would join them later. Rajjo walks out with Kaka without a second thought, as the doctor and nurse remove their jackets and laugh among themselves.
The doctor tells the nurse that Rajjo thinks they are actual doctors while they are not. They put Manorama on a wooden chair, place a jewelry table in front of her, and wait for Arjun’s car. Arjun rushes after hearing Urvashi’s statement that Manorama is not in a coma in the hospital because he thinks there is a misunderstanding.
However, as Arjun and Urvashi reach the address, they notice the fake doctor and nurse conversing with Manorama while she carries jewelry. The fake doctor instructs Manorama to spend the money Rajjo provided her on a new set so that Arjun can hear it. Urvashi adds salt to Arjun’s wound by admitting she never believed in Rajjo and Manorama’s personalities.
Arjun chooses to speak with Manorama when Urvashi tells him that Rajjo and Manorama are greedy for money. Urvashi asks Arjun not to engage with their family and to walk silently since she does not want chaos. Pushkar enters as Arjun and Urvashi leave, telling Manorama that when she was well. He made her lifeless, and now that she is lethargic, he made her appear healthy.
Meanwhile, Rajjo is walking around the streets, thinking about what she might do to earn such a large sum of money when she comes upon Shivji’s idol. Rajjo registers her name as “Rajjo Arjun Singh Thakur” and runs into Arjun on her way home. Back at home, Madhumalti advises Kalindi to take small moves toward Chirag, who is attempting to change himself for her.
Arjun requests that Rajjo withdraw her name from the race because he would not allow her to use his family’s name for personal motives. Rajjo rejects it since she needs the money for her mother’s new treatment. Arjun tries to reclaim Rajjo’s name, but the man behind the desk leaves with the paperwork, which calms Rajjo. Rajjo promises Arjun that she would defeat him and win the race for Manorama.
