 Healthy smoothie to start the day

Jennifer usually starts each day with a berry good smoothie. She shared the exact recipe, which included 1 scoop of Shake and 3/4 cup strawberries. 4 cups blueberries, 1/4 cup raspberries, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon honey, 1/4 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice, and ¼cup ice cubes

Drinks a lot of water

"She drinks at least seven glasses of water per day and starts each day with a glass of fresh lemon water." Jennifer's personal trainer, Dodd Romero, revealed that she drinks a lot of water to stay hydrated.

Jennifer consumes a lot of protein from foods such as egg whites and grass-fed beef. Turkey, chicken breast, and seafood She eats meat three to four times per week. She also gets protein from plant-based foods like almonds, which she eats "a handful" of every day.

Stocks Only Healthy Food
