Y&R 3 August Recap and Spoilers: Young & Restless Wednesday Recap: Upcoming Spoiler
The Young & The Restless Recap spoilers for Wednesday, August 3rd, 2022 start with Phyllis Summers risking everything for her daughter Summer Newman Abbott. Devon Hamilton and Nate Hastings clash over work once more, and Sally Spectra receives some intriguing information from Chloe Mitchell Fisher, which she communicates to Nick Newman.
Y&R Recap Spoilers Highlights
Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) was dressed in Marchetti, and she worked hard to persuade Summer (Allison Lanier) that they should collaborate. She even admitted to Summer that she might sell The Grand Phoenix to Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), which surprised her given that the hotel is her mother’s “baby.”
The mother and daughter spent some time together at the rooftop bar, and Phyllis inquired about Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez). Summer reported that he was doing about as well as could be expected. Phyllis couldn’t help but bring up Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters), earning her a frustrated look from Summer. Summer promised to ask Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) about bringing Phyllis aboard at Marchetti before their time together ended. We’re not sure why she had to ask his permission about hiring.
Y&R: Too Soon
Nate (Sean Dominic) went to Society to meet Devon (Bryton James) and Amanda (Mishael Morgan). As he walked in, he yelled at reporters on the phone, and Amanda and Devon both looked worried. Nate revealed that it was about Ashland’s death. They expressed their condolences, and Nate stated that he was not mourning Ashland but did respect human life. Afterward, when Devon demanded details on how PR planned to handle the festival double booking, Nate and Devon clashed again over work. Devon wondered if Nate had jumped to a new job too quickly. Nate left and went to Crimson Lights for some to-go coffees before returning home.
Young and Restless Spoilers Recap: Slow Down
At Chancellor Park, Nick (Joshua Morrow) met Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case). He stated again that he believed Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) had tampered with Ashland’s body. He disagreed with the official account of Ashland’s death. Sharon tried to assure Nick that Ashland could have gotten up, walked out, and crashed his car, but he was still suspicious.
Sally (Courtney Hope) received information from Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) about Nick and Ashland’s physical fight the night of the latter’s death at Newman Media. Chloe noticed that Sally wasn’t surprised. Finally, Sally admitted that Nick had warned her, but he hadn’t told her the whole story. Chloe warned Sally to proceed with caution and to think things through thoroughly, and Sally assured her new Chief Operating Officer that she would. Then Sally messaged Nick.
The Young & The Restless: You Have A Point
Nick did receive Sally’s text message and left Sharon at the park. Sally faced him about the fight he and Ashland had at Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) house when he arrived at Newman Media quickly. She did warn him that Newman Media needed to get ahead of the story before others did. Otherwise, it would appear that they were attempting to conceal something, and Nick seemed considerate about the whole thing.
